This case is a little different. CCME put out an 8k with only a redacted portion of the accounting comments. Do you think the amended 8ka was CCME idea? You can count that they were told to put out the entire letter from accountants as the first 8k was inaccurate and very misleading. They will make them disclose when things are happening or at the very least will review any PR or 8k related to the problem with the halt before it is released. CCME basically shot themselves in the foot with the 1st 8k.
