i take it you mean this paragraph from your post:

After they have been issued our shareholder now owns only 3.3 percent of the company (50 million shares of 1.5 Billion).

i'm going downstairs for my 2nd cup of coffee. i understand the dilution part (just will accept your math); but, i still think, depending on possible sp increase helped along with progress and pr's of substance, the total sh don't have to be spent. i know, lot of wishful thinking there; but, hey, have you ever posted the alternatives they have for raising capital?
