What do you all think of the Hammering some China stocks have taken recently? I bought ABAT shares today at 50% off, after an Alpha article claimed it was a fraud, LOL! I am expecting ABAT to sue them! This suggests that China stocks are starting to fight back!!!!:
DEER (Another China stock that was recently attacked) has just filled suit over similar attacks, and CBEH may be next to sue!!! I bought CGYV (another China stock, like ABAT) at the peak of the panic in that one (got in at .30 to .60)last year, and held on for 300% return about 8 months later when the dust cleared over their change of financial audit firms and restatements of 2 back years of financials.
CBEH looks like a screaming buy today, but I know nothing about them for sure yet. If it goes much lower I WILL take the plunge!! But their CEO's seems to indicate a law suite is coming and proof that these attacks (like the one ABAT today) are baseless!!

I think the action today by DEER and CBEH are a trend that ABAT will soon follow, meaning ABAT will likely sue also. I bought the knife on CGYV last year under similar attacks, and it went back up from, a low of under .30 to a $1.40 high (400% recovery) when the SEC reports were finally re-filed. It was all much to do about nothing when the dust settled, except a raid on a good company stock!
It may be time to Short Seeking Alpha? LOL
