LOL. Considering Hop-On was going to "acquire" USACig but never actually "happened" in any filing. It most likely happened in a secret meeting between Pete and himself as others have stated.
It's just entertaining to watch CEO's like this try and spin fiction into reality. I'm sure there will be a lawsuit against Internet message board posters "soon". Pete, I believe may be getting desperate enough to try and pull that one off. I wish him luck as I believe it will never go through and will only be an attempt to scare people.
