frog, i'm not sure my crystal ball is that good! but, if it involves a worthy acquisition, then it could be well spent. depends on the pps at the time as well.
also, 100 Million at $0.60/sh = $60 Million. That's enough for the Dutchess $35 Million + $25 Million extra......
