Considering the situation and how it maintains above .06 I would consider that bullish. So they have issued some shares at some point in time.........it has bounced off of .06 since they issued those shares just as it has bounced off of .06 with still no news. Until it breaks .06 there is no worry, and that doesn't mean a MM BS quick move below .06.
