We know that the stay was extended because it was posted here that someone called the court and was told as much. You can always call yourself. Its my opinion that the board doesn't need to waste money that we don't have on a press release that amounts to hand holding. I'm sure if there is any substative material event it will be disseminated properly via 8K filing. In the mean time, there isn't much to do but wait and watch for filings in the court.
The BOD is in contempt of the shareholders. The excuse from December that things are "hot and heavy" doesn't cut it. Unsatisfactory that a now 190 day stay in federal court from the original 90 days has remained secret.
