It can be a reason investors sue Randy for his PR giving false impression that he wants the stock price to unreasonable high level and says profitable, then sell shares behind. I was in a group lawsuit against one of penny stocks, I got my money returned after 1 year later.

Because in business world, to move from PPS 0.0003 to 0.01$ you need a PROOF of revenues on the range of 2-5 Millions USD Minimum and with a long term business model ? With this crap you've around three line of business, how can this CEO manage a tooth business field with 0 % EXPERIENCE AND RELATIONS ????

Or you can move from 0.0003 to 0.01$ with a fraud , false PR for a acquisition by a third party or big deal with WALMART ?

He'll be able to get the share price above a penny after another R/S, not going to happen any other way. A 1 for 250 reverse split just took place in Nov 2010 I believe. The stock opened at .05 x .09 the day of the R/S and here we are trip zeros already, just amazing.

Little over a yr ago, RIGH was over .30 cents, diluted to .0003, then did the above mentioned R/S late last yr and now down to trip zeros again, free money raping and pillaging the public.

I went back and read your post after it being stuck in my head all day today. This is why I have no interest in this stock long term! Any CEO, mgmt, etc. that would talk to you in that manner deserves to go broke and all management can live in a refridgerator box on the street as far as I am concerned.
