I'm thinking he was told that he had to sell some or all of his shares back to the company at par value during the last "share buyback". I hope he was able to keep and sell at least some of his shares as I suspect he hasn't been paid much, if anything in cash during his "employment".

I'm sure the entire story will be detailed in the next filing, ROFLMAO.
