Sorry, i meant the average person who doesn't have a million bucks, and a lot of those small time people are needed to build up a pot so that somebody (company or partner) can dump at a high price and make a boatload, somewhere in the hundreds of millions of shares at .02 range. The trick for the small time person is to get out before the massive dump.
