EVCA is following the RULES, be they set by themselves or the SEC.
Dezer EXECS are following their rules and/or any set by EVCA.

A common worker, such as a construction worker, secretary or other non EXECS always share information with others about their job. No Crime, No Time,

Bottom line, if it has a positive effect on a stock price, I don't think anyone should complain. Also, if any "legit" news person were to do their research, they would be able to find the same and MORE information then we can.
