Role Test and turnover MediaFLO Tower Sites (MFTS) after sites have been constructed. Ensure that MFTS sites function as intended prior to integration into the operating network.

FY'05 Deliverables include:
Define and validate by May '05 test procedures for demonstration of proper equipment operation.

Bring on-line an estimated 30 MFTS sites by December '05, ramping to 130 MFTS sites by September '06, with minimal support from development engineering.

Evaluate site parameters against equipment and network specifications to ensure optimum operational performance.
Identify, hire, and train a staff of 3 Field Engineers in FY'05, ramping as required to meet FY'06 roll-out objectives.
Skills/Experience Five years experience with Digital TV broadcast equipment, Ku Band satellite communication systems, AC electrical and grounding systems. Experience managing field team

Additional Skills Excellent written and oral communication skills. Excellent troubleshooting skills.

Education Requirements Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, military, or equivalent work experience.
