GACFQ hasn't released a 15-12g with the SEC in order to go into a "dark period" to become a non-operating company (shell). If anything the company is operating again, not a merger of any kind. There isn't any documentatipon to suggest a merger, don't think QSGIQ or BUTLQ, geez those 2 caused a Q nightmare around here.
