Lundin Mining Corporation (TSX:LUN)(OMX:LUMI) ("Lundin Mining") announced that it has been notified by the Toronto Stock Exchange (the "TSX") that the TSX will defer consideration of the acceptance of Lundin Mining's limited duration Shareholder Rights Plan (the "Rights Plan") until such time as the TSX is satisfied that the Ontario Securities Commission will not intervene pursuant to National Policy 62-202 – Take-Over Bids – Defensive Tactics. Pursuant to TSX policies, the TSX automatically defers acceptance of shareholder rights plans adopted in response to a specific take-over bid.
Shareholders should note that the Rights Plan remains in effect even though the TSX has deferred its review of the Rights Plan. A copy of the Rights Plan will be available at www.sedar.com.

Well, time going fast, I feel it was not long ago a broker called me and asked who is Adolf Lundin? the stock was at that time South Atlantic at about $0.25 and Adolf Lundin walked out of Pac.Intn. next day with a check of more than $million about 15yrs ago - so Adolf Lundin become a billionaire and his sons got it now...
