I didn't think Stock promoters asked to be assistant mods like they have been doing again this week twice now.
I would think it was a conflict of interest for a CEO to pay a promoter to Moderate public message boards not belonging to them at the same time putting words in the CEO's mouth that his IR department has to deny.
Also I didn't think promoters responded to other posters on message boards and what they say by printing articles that say GKG solely belongs to VSPC or VGE implying there is no IPR issues or license issue that VGE may have to contend with..
I would think if Carl had set them to task on this subject that he would address it personally and explain exactly why VGE or VSPC does not have to worry about this subject as the promoters article just implied he does not have to because GKG solely belongs to VSPC or VGE, but you can't tell which company they are talking about becuase the just say Viaspace..
I will tell you why Carl does not come out and say that there is no IPR issue himself. Because he already said there is in the S-1...
So maybe Carl needs to correct the promoter he paid for in the use of the word Solely and what GKG actually is (just a trademark) not the grass.. but why would Carl do that...
That requires ethics....plus no promoter you hire are required to send copy to their clients to approve prior to publishing are they.... Plus we already know Carl does not have time to approve copy as in the SNK situation... So maybe it is Jans fault?
