Yes I realize that but if they do what they did last time from there LOI and say not a good fit then we are in the dumper...The fact they wont even say who it is means they are still unsure I assume

Clearly whenever you have an acquisition, both sides are going to do their homework. My issue is why haven't they completed their own accounting audit before moving ahead with an acquisition? Seems like putting the cart before the horse, no?
