IWDM is not a take out target by a larger group (SIRI, Pandora, etc...), there is no proprietary technology, and there is certainly not any infrastructure or Off Air talent that is worth a dime.
Maybe a group would buy out Bubba's contract but most likely they would just let his current contract expire and if they want him make a move for him then.
