new2005; Last Monday Tom Gramuglia told me the 10K would be 10 days late, so that would put the filing of the 10K Prob. this wed. or thur., My guess is the E should be off by the end of the week or next monday, just my opinion from my conversations with Tom G. He also said the week before that, that they had a plan to combat this massive shorting that we would see within 2 weeks, well that was over 10 days ago, watch for the fireworks to start anytime.

The E comes off the day after the file,so we wait for michelex!
