Pivotal holds the convertible's for a REASON. CGSY said they would emerge from bk debt free. Debentures are a DEBT. CGSY can't emerge DEBT FREE unless the debentures are paid or converted.

Pivotal said they WANTED the convertibles. Wonder why?
