#53694 RE: CEMJQ Multi-Millionaire #53693

i did some calcs last night based on these numbers. i was including a premium for the $1B remaining in expenses due to be paid by anglo. all of this is at current market prices for the metals, and based on the wardrop appraisal. the result: $88.41 per share.

some have wondered why NAK jumped the gun and did the study without anglo's participation? imo they want to unload their portion of the project ASAP to a major like rio tinto, who already has a max % of the OS of NAK allowable.

whoever it is, a buyer will probably get some sort of inducement to do a quicker deal, but probably not much. i'm betting NAK is bought out for around $75 a share, minimum. maybe a lot more if they continue to prove out assets. we shall see.

i know many here have figured if hunter dickinson is suddenly that flush with cash, development of LBSR's claims will be their next adventure. think of how easily they could rotate into that operation. they've already got all the infrastructure they need -- equipment, manpower -- right next door.
