You are putting forth a lawsuit victory as a form of proof of what exactly?? It is known that the defendants haven't all been cleared and with one of them claiming this about a co-defendant??

Libel is still libel..

It is done daily on Ihub and the purpose is to make make money on the downside and then turn it off when the upside is needed..wash..rinse and repeat..The lawsuits are real and libel is libel..it is not protected by 1st admendment rights..

I guess if you can lie to the court, fabricate documentation, destroy evidence, conceal witnesses, and intentionally hide information..all is OK..
