Alias -- what in your background qualifies you to run a beverage company? Is your resume similar to Thomas Love's?

Convince me -- why would I want to invest in this company that you appear to be leading? What qualifications do you bring to the table?

I still have a reasonable amount of optimism about the prospects here. Am waiting, sometimes patiently, sometimes not so much, but arguing with the contrary posts here is in my opinion a complete waste of time. Bottom line will be the tea on the market; whenever that happens the PPS will react accordingly.

Discussion will become moot when the LJ A/V interview and HFB history/profile are forwarded to Unilever USA legal department in New York City. Let Mr. Soiefer's legal team sort it all out. In any event, it's certain Unilever legal will pay far more attention to what LJ actually said ("It has Lipton tea in it so you can taste the tea.") rather than your gallant but tortured spin on what LJ said. Indeed, your spin is contradictory its face. Confer your statement:

It does not have Lipton Tea in it! He (LJ) was trying to describe what its [sic] is like and how it is different. He goes on to state "it's a Hot Pack and Not a Cold Pack meaning you taste it, it has a lipton tea in it."

I do have to give credit where credit is due, you have skin in the game and that is more than can be said for ANYONE else at HFB.

I would like, however, to see a filing with your or Mr. Love or Mr. Johnson's name on it SOMEWHERE. I'm sure you can understand why we, as shareholders, need to see this. The website is garbage, representatives of HFB have been unresponsive and/or outright vulgar when I've asked them questions, and past PR's have been chock full of lies.

Hopefully you can shape things up over there. Are you working out of the Vegas office?
