fmontilla........they visited FASC for two days, per Cal.

Now, it becomes a matter of negotiation for FASC, to see who becomes the Japanese licensee......whether it be Mitsui or this other group. Or perhaps, another party altogether.

My gut feeling from talking to Cal, is that it will come down to one of the two groups above.
