Its already been proven That EVXA didnt have the technology of their product through the BP disaster.It was a HOAX. This Event caught them with their pants down. If they did have it there never would have been an RS with a AS of 100 BILLION. This stock would have SKYROCKETED TO AT LEAST $50.00 A SHARE or Higher. There would have been alot of INSTANT Millionares. IMHO EVXA should have been reported to the SEC and a CLASS ACTION suit in the BILLIONS by the shareholders....whats next, another RS and the AS of 100 TRILLION? JMO...
Because they should be under SEC investigation ...I had been trying to buy some two weeks ago to compensate my loss but TD ameritrade didn't let me with a warned notice....GLTY
