My guess is your ISP's name servers are basically keeping the old address for the site since they don't have a new one. The old site is still functional if you can access it.
Identa-corp.com works. So does Identa.biz, but neither of those is supposed to be the "flagship" site. At least that's my understanding.
Seems like whomever they are working with on this alleged new website is completely unqualified. Site design is often separate from internet addressing and name servers, but if you're going to announce that the site will be up in "about 10 days", I would expect there to be a plan to make the site available. I guess this is part of the "about". Pathetic.
