I understand your concerns. Ask yourself this, why would he sell such small amounts? The proceeds are extrmely minor.

His rational was to benefit family members buying in at a low share price. If they were big sells I'd run for the door......they are minute and monetarily mean almost nothing.

That sale is a typical wall-street strategy. You would do the same if you had a huge number of shares.
