That pending lawsuit does not impress me too much. It is very hard to collect on judgements. There is all kinds of games the plantiff could play like hiding assets, declaring bankruptcy, closing his business, even running back to India. I am invested here because of the solid business plan of PPJE and Basus' hard work to bring the company back from nothing.
