Now, im not sure on the under which tearms he returned the 500million shares, this is where i dont have any knowledge in, but can he give those 500million shares to the funding group in DR under strict restrictions?

yes and there has been a core group here that have thought the same thing

that Val is a nice guy but the shares were indeed one of the terms for the funding

and as u state that is why many of us believe that the funding is all but secured and as u state the terms are just being finalized and also the distribution of the funds

there have been several signs in the otow prs that have pointed to the fact that funding was on its way and now that we have been prd about it there are several things which one can infer from that the funding is indeed secured

perhaps not in the bank

but the check is being written

u will c a few less posts from me and if i do not respond on the board u will understand why

as w everything else about me i am transparent

i have been limited to 50 posts a day on the otow board because i stood up to some of the stupidity being spewed on the otow board and because of my joking

at least that seems to be the reason

there can be no other

but i am here and holding long and i will chime in

my posts have now become like the otow shares were at the 001s level

i told people back then and some thought i was a fool that those shares are like gold

u can call me many things


but never a fool
