Not news that should particularly drive the stock in my view. Preclinical result like these are only really significant if the pathway being inhibited has been clinically validated, which this one has not yet been.
Personally I'd love to see them try the drug in a gliablastoma model. But again nothing that would move the stock in the short term even if the model panned out.
