That's what I was saying earlier.. I think by saying "by April 5th" it left them a ton of room.. room that we (or I) at least took to mean probably sooner than later. I was thinking around the mid of March meaning the 20th. I am not worried yet, but I will be if this hasn't closed by next Tuesday morning. I think if it's not done next Tuesday, it's not going to happen. They didn't get their selves a 32 day cushion for failure. That means to me, you will see a PR on Wednesday - Friday saying, "This isn't going to happen".
