Mak I agree. Its clear which side has to worry about having committed fraud and running a pump and dump. Its the same people trying to do it again and double how many shares they want dump. People who worked with Dean in 09 and 10 are now showing us all they are also behind the share dumping with false PR's along with Dean. If Jeff doesn't stop them for good they will do worse then before. It not Jeff as CEO that is trying to dump more shares billions of them. One side wants to repeat the same as 09 and 10 Jeff doesn't. Its that clear to me which side to support Jeff. Why people want to attack Jeff who is trying to stop these crooks is crazy.

yup u r correct about the decision coming from the judge. although imo there will more servere penaties for certain individuals that brought this action... basic rule of law will prevel, and imo will be Great day for JeffD and a bad day at the OK corral for the prior mgment...

wish i was a fly on the wall as well. IMO, previous management deserves whatever it is they get from authorities. Everybody is watching to see how this plays out...Lets hope for the real owners of this company the shareholders past and present.
