If fraud exists, a company generally goes out of business. Shares can be traded on the pink sheets long after a company has been out of business. Certainly doesn't mean the business is worth anything or even exists just because it's on the pink sheets. I'm, mainly, a pink sheet investor so I do know a bit about the subject.
