Many times, just to give myself a computer break, I'll go sit outside with the IBD industry group page (last inside page) that shows how the sector was performing this week, last week, and 3 months ago. (That's how I came up with that "farm machinery" dummy portofolio, I tracked and profiled here about 2 weeks ago).
