It is very likely that since they sent their sell price at .0089 that they expect something to take place that would cause the pps to go up to at least those levels...
Since the company is working to get major news out this week, one would think this is no coincidence....
bysd it could mean great things are in the pipeline nothing if the conditions set prior to arranging that "insider trade" are not met as it will be withdrawn. there is plenty of very good dd out there & many links on this board where one can start their dd. your money, so use your dd & invest @ your risk & comfort levels. btw where are all the oil transport engineers who are usually here?
