Actually, no one is stopping them from putting out PR's except themselves.

If they are in the clear they should have been communicating with shareholders. Yet they don't.

Just because a website is up and running doesn't mean they are actually legit. A website proves nothing wherein their lies proved everything.

The SEC can't stop the company from issuing PR's. The SEC suspended them and that is the only thing people need to look at it here.

It's simply a side show now, and nothing else

Yeah, good luck with that. You seem to be conveniently forgetting all the proven lies management of this company has stated.

whether or not it goes back to OTC, the next 2 weeks I think will be very interesting. now i know a few people on here have been throwing out wild claims like "this will be the week" and "the next 2 weeks should be good" etc but, I have been watching this since december daily and i've seen a pattern from buyers trying to profit from this lame horse, driving the price to 1 cent on purpose so they could load up on as many shares at the 1 cent price, hoping for a good PR or a flurry of buyers once it hit a solid minimum price. Now that its at $0.0100 I suspect 2 most likely scenarios: 1. it floats at 1 cent for several more weeks until enough negative interest stops buyers all together and those who thought they would load up on it for a run will be stuck with these shares for eternity, or 2: it will cough a few times at 1 or 1.1 cents then start spiking upwards at a rate of 20-50% a day for a couple of weeks, possibly hitting 5 cents then drop like a lead balloon back to option 1.

FYI there is a 1% chance that a positive PR and a well paid lawyer may bring life back to supatcha as the "victim" of a scam and may resume trading at the 5-10 cent range.
