IMO it's not their fault completely--yes they should not have jumped the gun but to me it shows they are eager to get this done and announce it as soon as possible. IMO no news is good news at the moment--and update now would not solve anything or accomplish a thing except maybe that 3 second satisfaction of seeing a pr release.

Only thing that matters at this point is CASH and IMO I'm still very optimistic they will pull it off!!!!
