Why do you think a PR release would be based on volume? I would think it would be based on when the CEO feels the timing is right. He's had them ready to go for over a week. I suspect he's waiting for a certain time or event to occur. That potential event may be volume, but it doesn't make sense to me. Just my opinion obviously.....
