More sellers than buyers is pushing the stock down. If there were buyers at the ask they would be moving it up not down. A market makers job is to create liquidity, and when no one is interested in hitting the ask, they drop it. There is NO buying pressure, thus the MM's must try to create it by offering cheaper shares. Funny that no one is still interested in .014. Hey at least there aren't many sellers either...yet.
