I don't know if a complaint will really accomplish anything. Once the financials are out and CE is lifted, institutional investors will step in and buy like crazy and MM's will be choice-less, and pps will launch big time. Until then it's all manipulation.

Relax. Buy if you have the funds. Be patient.
