J \ its only my opinion but I think when eric blogged that they would let him know in 2-3 weeks, It was just a matter of terminology. Same as Duane Reade with their to begin Briefly. Not really a dead line or time frame. It doesn't seem that big corporations worry about someone elses time frames and business ethics as it was in the old days. imo
