Decent clean shells are cheap, so one with liabilities like this isn't worth much. Which explains then market cap. To put something into it you have to clear up those liabilities so why buy a dirty shell like this when you can get a clean one so cheap?

Doesn't mean nothing ever happens but these dirty shell usually end up abandoned and picked up by the shell scammers like Mini Me the acronym for the company that can't be mentioned on ihub.

I called Seimens and an oriental sounding gentleman called me regarding Shell. He said HBSL has "liabilities" however, gave me a name of a shell that Clean and For Sale for 200K

So obviously Seimens or one of his subsidiaries has at least 2 shells.
