You beat me with your post. Agree, the developments are positive. Litigation momentum seems to be going Rambus's way, for a change. Must scare the daylights out of the MMs involved in the AT case. Can't imagine the MMs will want to proceed to trial after Rambus sees the DOJ evidence.

They can stall, but that's about all...

Just my opinion.
