Deathspiral convertibles can now get 20,000,000 shares per conversion or more and be below the 10% they need to stay below.

Dump those, and get 22 million shares... etc... So it's easy to see how the authorized will be burned up this quarter. As the company states.... their operations are impacted by lack of working capital and PK took all his cash back out of the operation.

It is a damn shame. If they do get the settlement from the arbitration, PK will take it as salary.

Looks like there is no Miss Rheingold Pagent. No radio. How can you launch consumer products and not promote it. I guess all those Bud Lite commercials are from folks that haven't a clue what they are doing?

But a new Reverse split, will give PK and company a new higher priced stock to use instead of cash. I agree, it's coming.
