Its a plausible theory, I am just looking for confirmation. But if it was for debt protection purposes, that protection is now gone. Being that the SOGC was issued March 16, is it possible it may have caused / cause any delay in PR releases.
I'm not really familiar with the website I found that info on, and being that it is in German, made it a tad more difficult to understand. Anyone have answers?
