There are many reasons why a company BKs...and 5 Billion on paper is not the same as in cash, many companies including mine over the past few years have found their assets not to be valued at what they thought.I have seen many freinds worth $$ on paper go under and others file Bk to protect themselves only to remerge after the BKs done.YOu only have to look to the USA to see compaines doing this all the time..This i know is not the answer to your question as i do not have it just my thought on it..GLTY
