I know for a fact that there are ppl on this board who claim to be "majority" shareholder, that dont own more than 100 shares. This board is filled with outright BS.



the only way any one could know for a fact is if they had seen a NOBO or OBO list. (btw OBO cost more & requires more time so i doubt these cheap sob's imho would have pulled that one) but either way that's not important; as either way it is my understanding that it is an sec violation for either of those 2 reports to be requested by any other than the ceo, management, or the bod. the only other & this i do know exception is a beneficial owner may request a shareholder list. this information disseminated to an ordinary shareholder even by management is an sec violation. your quote above would lend credence that mevt management has violated sec law. now that would be very detrimental to shareholders as the company would be halted from trading while an investigation ensued to determine if it would be halted from trading permanently.

imho we should take this issue very seriously as it would be very detrimental to each portfolio. not that management seems to care anyway...comments
