#7659 RE: warburg #7657

what you are understanding is simply this...

you might have experience and family in the micro fit projects in Ontario sector.

that does not translate into you knowing what position AWSL will be in the sector or if their doors will even be open for business in a year.

if you do have information about AWSL then it is information derived from the company itself...there is no way to validate that information...it is company generated. a third party validation is required..with out that...

that then becomes incomplete due diligence.

you can speculate all you desire and call it "clear knowledge" but the bottom line is...it is not clear knowledge.

why ? because...

you do not know if or when AWSL will get out to shareholders the promised and allegedly complete financials thus displaying the real fiscal health of the company. so that is not "clear knowledge".

you do not know when or if the S-1 will be filed which in a recent press release was stated it was already in motion...based on results, undoubtedly not. so that is not "clear knowledge".

you do not know when or if AWSL will be awarded any OPA/FIT contracts. OPA/FIT does not have that information for public viewing so you can't have it. so that is not "clear knowledge".

what is it you have clear knowledge of ? at best possibly some dynamics going in the Ontario area micro fit projects.

all that you state is speculation and hope. so that is not "clear knowledge".

you can speculate all you desire and call it "clear knowledge"...it is not clear knowledge. it is your speculation that you deem as true and accurate. how can anything be true and accurate when there is no validation except for the company.

i submit that it is clear denial that reigns in your analysis.
