I don't know what everyone is so fed up about all of the sudden? The 300M share structure has already been announced in the 8-K of the 28th of Feb, and now when it is actually filed with the Nevada SOS ppl are surprised? To me it is more of a good sign of how things are coming along. 300M is nothing on the big boards, like I said, one particular solar stock has 275M OS and is trading in the $50 range.
If folks would get rid of their penny mindset and start to do some actual reading, maybe then they'll be able to grasp 50% of what is coming here. Expecting news this week :-)
