THOSE shares will be/have been placed with brokers/mm's for one reason, fund raising. Like you I have my fingers crossed that the dollar or more figure will be reached, I do realize that there is/was a reason for the pps to flatline, I posted my suspicion FRIDAY, now that suspicion is confirmed, thank you, gl, happy trails
