Theres No Losing
EMLL over the oil facility just the potential of letting the oil storage facility go back to the previous owner. It would make sense to me that the owner of the facility would be willing to make some arrangements to spread this out over a longer timeframe until EMLL can generate rev's from the facility. There is renegotiating of leases taking place all over these days due the economy.
If we have gold generating revenues and net earnings with growing margins, unless they can make a revenue generating deal with the oil storage facility, why have the drag??? I am open for discussion. I can see the huge potential there as well, I just would like to see an agreement showing the avenue to the money... An agreement with state subsidies for alternative energy would be HUGE. Avenues too and actual dollars in the door mean a lot right now at this stage of the game and GOLD is generating cold hard cash....
EMLL's one up on a large percentage of the gold companies out there hoping to find gold someday and get this, many are already over a penny...
What does that tell you...
EMLL has the gold and next month the first revenues recorded... HUGE
